Ben Arp returns from the 2011 teaser single "The Surrender" with a new 5 song EP called "Luminous".
"Luminous" serves as a demarcation line between his past recordings and the future sounds he is now forging. Arp pulled deep from his core influences of classic trip-hop and underground and abstract electronic music to craft the five tracks found here.
In 2012, Arp finds himself finally free from his previous production shackles and plans to release his first proper album later in the year. "Luminous" is just a taste of what is to come from this "always evolving, never stagnating" producer.
